Roofline & House Lighting, Fitted to Your Home.
Come home to Christmas lights that follow the shape of your house, from the peaks of the roof down to the front door. We'll help you choose the features worth highlighting, hang the lights for you, and take care of them all season long so you can simply enjoy the holidays.
Your house, your display
House & Roofline Lighting, From the Gutters to the Peaks
Start with the outline of your home, then choose the details you want to bring into view. You can keep the display simple or decorate several parts of the house together.
Roofline & Gutter Lighting
An outline along the roof follows the shape of your home and gives the display its starting point. We fit the lights to the sections you choose.
- Front rooflines
- Gutter edges
- Porch and garage rooflines
Peak & Dormer Lighting
Lights on the upper parts of your house bring out details that disappear after dark. They work especially well when you want the shape of each gable to show from the street.
- Front-facing peaks
- Dormers above the main roof
- Gables over garages and porches
Window & Door Lighting
Outlining windows and doors brings more of the display down to where people enter your home. Choose a few features to highlight or repeat the look across the front.
- Front windows
- Doorways
- Garage door outlines
Colors & Patterns for Your House
Warm white gives the house a simple outline. Alternating colors can pick up a favorite holiday combination, and we will help you choose a pattern you like.
- Commercial grade LED lights
- Almost any color or pattern
- Matching colors available for future additions
Planning your roofline lights
Start With a Photo of Your House
A picture taken from the street helps us see the roof and the features you want decorated. Tell us which areas matter most to you, and we can usually prepare your free quote from your photos. Our insured crew handles the installation, with your invoice sent once the work is complete.
- Include the full front of your house in your photo
- Add another angle for side rooflines or hidden features
- Point out the windows, doors, or peaks you want lights on
- Share any colors or patterns you already have in mind
- Let us know about areas you are concerned about before installation

How we work with you
Roofline & House Lighting for Your Home
A small porch roof and a house with several gables need different layouts. We work with the features of your home so you can choose where the lights will make the most difference.
Roofline Lighting for Storefronts & Offices
For a storefront or office, we start with the parts of the building customers see as they arrive. The roofline, front windows, and entrance can each have a place in your Christmas display.
Coordinating Roofline Lighting in Your Neighborhood
When neighbors want a coordinated look, we can plan roofline lighting across their homes. Each house gets lights fitted to its own shape, with colors that work together along the street.
The Front of Your Home
Plan the view you see when you pull into the driveway, from the main roofline to the garage beside it.
Porches & Doorways
Bring the lights closer to your front entrance with an outline around the porch roof or door.
A Wreath on the House
A wreath over the garage or at the front door gives you another way to decorate a feature you want people to notice.
Trees Beside the House
Include a tree in the front yard to give your display height beyond the roof itself.
Storefront Outlines
Frame the front of your business with lights along the roof and the windows facing the street.
Office Buildings
Highlight the roof edges and gables above your reception entrance with colors chosen for your property.
Decorated Entrances
Wreaths and garland bring holiday decorations to the doorway where customers and staff come in.
Help During the Season
Your staff can call us about a failed bulb or loose lights. Our crew handles the lighting repairs.
Neighboring Homes
Choose the houses taking part and the rooflines each homeowner wants included.
A Shared Color Scheme
Use the same colors across participating homes while letting each display follow the individual house.
The Neighborhood Entrance
Carry the neighborhood colors into an entrance display planned around your sign and its surroundings.
Care Between Seasons
We remove the lights after the holidays and store them for the next installation, so residents have fewer boxes to keep at home.

FAQs
Roofline & House Lighting Questions
Most questions about roofline lighting come down to cost, how the lights attach to your house, and what happens after the holidays. Here are the answers we give homeowners every season.
How much does roofline & house lighting cost?
We generally price by the foot, with the size of your house and extra features factored into the quote. Lighting the front roofline will involve different work from outlining several peaks, windows, and doors.
Send us photos and tell us what you want included. We will walk you through your free quote before you sign up.
How do you attach lights to my roof and gutters?
We use clips designed for gutters and shingles and take care when attaching your lights.
If you have a concern about a particular part of your house, mention it with your quote request so we can discuss it before installation.
How long will the installation take?
A typical home takes about two hours. Larger houses and displays with more features can take longer.
We let you know when our crew will be at your home, so you know when to expect us.
When should I sign up for house lighting?
You can sign up any time of year, and installations begin in the second week of October. We aim to have returning customers ready by Thanksgiving.
If you sign up in November, you will be toward the end of our schedule, but we will work you in before Christmas.
Do I own the lights you fit to my house?
Yes. Your lights belong to you, and we keep them in climate controlled storage between seasons to streamline installation the following year.
After taking them down, we make needed repairs to the lights and have them ready for next season.
Will I pay the same price next year?
Returning customers keep the same annual price for the same display. We have never raised our customers' prices.
If you want to include more of the house or change your display, we will quote that work separately.
What happens if lights go out along the roof?
Call us if a bulb goes out or a section of lights comes loose. We fix those problems within 48 hours, weather permitting.
Seasonal maintenance is part of the service, so you never have to fix the lights yourself.
